Then, he also asked whether we could ship with some faster courier such as DHL, FEDEX, etc. So here is our explanation:

However, the maximum order of starter sent abroad using this service is only 25kg. More than this amount, Pos Indonesia is not able to handle. So, this is the answer for our customer:
If the order is minimum 25kg, we recommend our customer to use DHL service. We ever had a customer lived in Italy. Open tempeh starter order to Italy to see the detail story.
So, DHL service is set by the customer. What should we do is just prepare any required documents asked. When the customer already makes an appointment with the DHL service, the customer must confirm us when they will pick the order and what should we prepare. And so far we send the packet using DHL service, there is nothing bad happen. Everything runs so well. This is why we recommend our customer to use DHL service if they are going to order high amount of Raprima tempeh starter.
Conclusion
