How to Make Tempe Balado with Taste Minang

 

If we are down the Minang realm we are finding menus with names Balado. Either Balado cassava chips , or fried eggplant balado. This time we make a recipe using soy tempeh main ingredient. Although the materials we use cheap but do not detract from the deliciousness. Good luck.

Material :

  1. 500 grams of soy tempeh
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. Right amount of oil

Ground spices :

  1. 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. 5 shallots
  4. Enough water

How to make:

  1. Crushed garlic and salt, put a little water.
  2. Soybean tempeh was cut to match. Enter into the garlic and salt seasoning. Wait until the flavors mingle.
  3. Soybean tempeh fried until cooked.
  4. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
  5. Add sugar to taste and lemon juice.
  6. Enter the soybean tempeh and stir until blended.
  7. Wait until the flavors mingle.
  8. Lift and serve.
