How to Make Soy with Bumbu Tempe Rojak To Berbuka

When breaking the fast, a good time to eat foods that are fresh. Additionally , after a day of doing routine activities and were not accompanied by consuming food. When breaking the fast can we start with a sweet drink and a companion drink namely salad.



  1. 300 grams of soy tempeh small cut and fried
  2. 500 ml thick coconut milk
  3. 1 tbsp tamarind water
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 2 kaffir lime leaves
  6. 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  7. 2 galangal bruised
  8. Brown sugar to taste
  9. Vegetable oil for frying
  10. Ground spices:
  11. 5 shallots
  12. 2 cloves of garlic
  13. 2 hazelnut
  14. 1 cm turmeric

Tempe Bumbu Rujak

How to make:

  1. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
  2. Add tamarind water, salt, lime leaves, ginger, brown sugar. Mix well.
  3. Enter tempeh soybean that has been deep fried, stir briefly. Enter a thick coconut milk.
  4. Cook until thick.
  5. Serve hot
