  1. 1 soybean tempeh board cut
  2. 2 packets of gelatin white
  3. 3 cups coconut milk
  4. 200 grams sugar
  5. Jackfruit cooked to taste
  6. 2 cups thin coconut milk
  7. 2 bay leaves pandan
  8. ½ tsp salt


How to make?

  1. Tempe soybeans that have been cut into small pieces steamed until cooked. After it cooled.
  2. Once cool, put them in a blender so smooth. Set aside.
  3. Thin coconut milk is boiled first, then enter the thick coconut milk and stirred.
  4. Combine sugar, salt,  and pandan  leaves.
  5. Cook so that boil over medium heat.
  6. Remove, strain and chill.
  7. Enter the gelatin and stir. Then boiled again.
  8. Finally enter jackfruit cooked and tempeh, stirring to evenly.
  9. Chill Serve
